NET)
UGC NET/NTA UGC-NET is
the examination for determining the eligibility for the post of assistant
professor (AP) and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) award for Indian
universities and institution. The examination is conducted by National Testing
Agency (NTA) on behalf of University Grants Commission.
Candidates who qualify
the UGC NET for Assistant Professorship Research Scholar are governed by the
rules and regulations of the concerned Universities/Colleges/State Governments
as the case may be for recruitment of Assistant Professor and get to admission
in Doctoral Program. UGC-NET is organized twice every year -June
& December.
